I agree with the transfer rules.

It’s clearly not the “end of the world” scenario some folks portend.

NIL rules have been brewing for a while and it definitely was a “restraint of trade” scenario where a scholarship athlete couldn’t even hold a part-time or seasonal full time job, or receive royalties related athletic activities performed aside or prior to their current scholarship sport. There’s always been tampering, and it will continue regardless of NIL or the portal. The prior NCAA rules on these issues were archaic and draconian.
